摘　　要：近年来,全球主要经济体通胀率持续低于目标值或明显走低,与经济增长、就业的关系发生了明显偏离,引起了各国央行及主要国际金融组织的高度关注,对其产生原因及政策上如何应对的讨论不断深入。本文在对相关文献进行梳理的基础上,归纳了全球低通胀的表现、成因、央行可运用的政策工具和面临的挑战。In recent years,inflation has generally run below longer-run target in major advanced economies,or has fallen significantly in emerging economies.The deviation of relations between inflation and economy growth or employment has aroused extensive concern from central banks and international financial organizations.Vast amounts of literature has investigated causes of low inflation as well as policy challenges.This review surveys related literature,and summarizes the phenomena,causes,policy tools and challenges that faced by central banks.
