改革开放30年来中国共产党反腐的历程与经验教训

摘　　要：反腐倡廉建设关系到我国前途命运,是一项长期工作,不可能一蹴而就。自中国共产党建立以来,就一直进行反腐败斗争。尤其是改革开放30年来,在经历了权力反腐、法制反腐以及体系反腐阶段后,十八大以来又提出了更为有效的反腐举措,十九大的召开更在新时期提出反腐倡廉的新思想。中国共产党在反腐倡廉的建设过程中不断摸索前进,积累了很多成功经验,为以后的反腐败斗争提供了科学依据。但也存在党风廉政建设不深入、监督机制不健全、反腐制度体系不完善等一系列问题。对此,面对实际状况党应该完善反腐制度体系、健全监督机制、公开领导干部财产,从而更好地防治腐败现象的滋生和蔓延。The construction of anti-corruption and clean government is related to the future and destiny of our country.It is a long-term work and can not be achieved overnight.Since the founding of the Communist Party of China,the struggle against corruption has been carried out.Especially in the past30years of reform and opening up,after experiencing the stage of power anti-corruption,legal system anti-corruption and system anti-corruption,a more effective anti-corruption measure has been put forward after18th CPC National Congress.The19th CPC National Congress put forward the new idea of combating corruption and building a clean government in the new era.During the process of constructing anti-corruption and clean government,the Communist Party of China constantly explored and accumulated many successful experiences,which provided a scientific basis for the fight against corruption in the future.But there are also a series of problems,such as the unsound construction of a clean and honest government,the imperfect supervision mechanism and the imperfect system of the anti-corruption system.Therefore,in the face of the actual situation,the Party should improve the anti-corruption system,perfect the supervision mechanism and open the property of the leading cadres,so as to better prevent and control the growth and spread of corruption.
