摘　　要：目的分析半乳糖凝集素-3与冠心病的关系以及瑞舒伐他汀对半乳糖凝集素-3的影响.方法将156例冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者分为稳定性心绞痛(SA)组、不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)或急性非ST段抬高性心肌梗死(NSTEMI)组、急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死(STEMI)组,另设40例正常对照组,测定每组Gal-3,c Tn I,BNP,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C的表达.结果与对照组比较,冠心病3组的Gal-3,c Tn I,BNP水平均升高(P<0.05);UAP/NSTEMI组Gal-3,c Tn I,BNP水平高于SA组(P<0.05),STEMI组的Gal-3,c Tn I,BNP水平高于UAP/NSTEMI组(P<0.05);经瑞舒伐他汀治疗后,Gal-3,TC,TG,LDL-C水平降低(P<0.05).结论冠心病患者Gal-3水平与其斑块的稳定性及危险分层密切相关,可作为急性心肌损伤标志进行检测;瑞舒伐他汀在调脂治疗的同时也可降低Gal-3水平.Objective To analyze the relationship between galectin-3and coronary heart disease(CHD),and the effect of rosuvastatin on galectin-3(Gal-3).Method A total of156patients with CHD were divided into stable angina pectoris(SA)group,unstable angina pectoris(UAP)or acute non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI)group,and acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)group.And another40cases acted as the normal control group.The expressions of Gal-3,cTnI,BNP,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were detected.Results Compared with the control group,the expression levels of Gal-3,cTnI and BNP in CHD groups increased significantly(P<0.05).The expressions of Gal-3,cTnI and BNP of UAP/NSTEMI group were much higher than those of SA group(P<0.05),and the expressions of Gal-3,cTnI and BNP of STEMI group were sinificantly higher than those of UAP/NSTEMI group(P<0.05).After the treatment of rosuvastatin,the expression levels of Gal-3,TC,TG and LDL-C all obviously reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Gal-3in patients with coronary heart disease is closely related to the stability and risk stratification of plaques,which can be used as an indication of acute myocardial infarction.And rosuvastatin can reduce the level of Gal-3expression while regulating lipid therapy.
