摘 要:通过对尾巨桉DH3229组培苗木施用原料来源不同的腐殖酸肥料,对比分析不施肥方式(施常规复合肥、桉专用肥、桉专用肥+泥炭腐殖酸、桉专用肥+风化褐煤腐殖酸肥)下桉树苗木生长及抗性生理特性差异.结果表明:施肥能明显促进尾巨桉DH3229苗木苗高、地径生长及干物质积累.其中,施桉专用肥+泥炭腐殖酸对苗高的促生效果比施桉专用肥+风化褐煤腐殖酸高2.03%,但二者均低于施桉专用肥处理;施肥处理极显著提高了尾巨桉地径生长,地径及其增长量均为对照的2倍以上,但添加腐殖酸与否对桉树地径生长的促进效果无明显差异;腐殖酸极大地促进了根的生物量累积,桉专用肥中添加泥炭和风化褐煤腐殖酸后,根生物量分别提高了8.5%和40.92%;施肥能明显提高或降低尾巨桉苗木叶片酶的活性,其中,施桉专用肥+泥炭腐殖酸对提高植株叶片的抗性生理能力比施桉专用肥+风化褐煤腐殖酸好.Humic acid fertilizer from different raw materials was applied to the seedlings of DH3229.The differences in growth and resistance physiological characteristics of Eucalyptus seedlings under non fertilization,conventional compound fertilizer,Eucalyptus special fertilizer,Eucalyptus special fertilizer+peat humic acid,Eucalyptus special fertilizer+weathered lignite and humic acid fertilizer were compared and analyzed.The results showed that fertilizer could obviously promote the growth of the height of the seedlings of E.urophylla×E.grandis DH3229seedlings and the accumulation of dry matter.The effect of Eucalyptus special fertilizer+peat humic acid fertilizer on the height of seeding was2.03%higher than that of Eucalyptus special fertilizer+weathered lignite and humic acid fertilizer,but both are less than Eucalyptus special fertilizer;The treatment of fertilizer could significantly promote the growth of ground-diameter,the diameter and the growth of the stem were more than twice than that of CK,but there was no significant difference in the effect of adding humic acid or not;Humic acid could greatly promotes the accumulation of root biomass,and after adding peat and weathered lignite humic acid in the Eucalyptus special fertilizer,the root biomass increased by8.5%and40.92%respectively;Moreover,fertilizer could significantly improve or reduce the physiological metabolism of E.urophylla×E.grandis seedling leaves,and the physiological resistance of Eucalyptus special fertilizer+peat humic acid to plant leaves was better than Eucalyptus special fertilizer+weathered lignite and humic acid fertilizer.
