应用型旅游管理专业实践教学体系的思考

摘　　要：实践教学在应用型旅游管理专业人才培养中起着关键作用。结合时代背景及学科特点,从实践课程体系、实践教学环境、实践平台建设等方面,对高校旅游管理专业的实践教学体系进行优化设计。具体设计与优化思路是:构建理论与实践协调发展的课程体系;加大对实践教学环境的建设力度;多方协同创新,共建实践教学平台;以社团协会、技能竞赛等强化专业技能;加强"双师双能型"师资队伍建设。As practical teaching plays a key role in application-oriented talent cultivation of the specialties of tourism management,an optimization scheme is proposed in the paper involving curriculum system,teaching environment and practical platform construction,etc.on the basis of an analysis of present situation and the particularities of the discipline.Major approaches include establishing a curricular system based on a coordination between practice and theory,reinforcing the construction of practical teaching environment,establishing practical teaching platforms through coordinated innovation by multiple parties,strengthening students'professional skills with social clubs and skill contests and reinforcing the construction of a team of teachers with double qualifications and capabilities of teachers and engineers.
