摘  要:在制冷器总体结构和波纹管设计已确定的条件下,讨论了充气腔充气参数设计。理论分析了充气腔工质采用氩气的优势;实验验证了充气腔工质采用氩气不仅可以有效提高启动时间,而且有利于提高制冷器控温精度;通过自调机构受力分析,确定了最小预留量和最低充气压力的计算方法;在理论计算基础上,实验确定了某型号制冷器的充气腔充气压力。The design of inflation parameters were discussed after that the design of general structure and the bellow of cooler were determined.The advantages by using argon as inflation refrigerant were analyzed theoretically.The experiments prove that argon can effectively improve the starting time and the temperature control precision of J-T cooler.The calculation method of the minimum reservation amount and the minimum inflation pressure were determined by force analysis of self-regulated mechanism.The inflation pressure of some type cooler was determined by experiment.
