农水规划简便信息采集系统关键技术研究

摘　　要：为了不断满足农村水利信息化建设和管理中的各项需求,水利信息化的技术手段急需随着信息技术的发展不断增强。针对目前农田水利规划前期工作中遇到的问题,将水利工程归纳为点状工程、线状工程和面状工程,同时为了统筹和简化不同工程的信息采集和管理,提出并开发了基于移动终端APP的农水规划简便信息采集软件。该软件操作简便,解决了农田水利规划等前期工作中遇到的问题,提高了规划前期的工作效率。通过初步应用的情况来看,该系统的特点及优势均较明显,具有推广应用价值。For fulfilling the increasing demand of rural water conservancy informatization construction and its management,the irrigation information technology must be strengthened with the development of general information technology.In order to better handle the problems encountered in the planning stage of irrigation and drainage projects,we summarize the irrigation and drainage project as point-like,line-like and planar-like projects.For better making overall plans and simplifying the information collecting process,the author designs an Android system based irrigation information collecting software,which is easy to operate and will greatly improve efficiency of the preliminary irrigation planning works.According to a practical application,this system has obvious features and advantages.
