摘  要:目的调查某医院2014—2016年飞行人员体检检出疾病的构成,分析不同机种、不同年度飞行人员体检疾病谱,为航卫工作提供参考。方法选取某医院2014—2016年体检军事飞行人员共290人,根据《疾病和有关健康问题的国际统计分类》,对诊断结果进行分类,应用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果甲状腺结节、脂肪肝、椎间盘病变、高脂血症、高尿酸血症等疾病位于飞行人员体检疾病谱前列;不同机种飞行人员体检疾病谱前10位共同出现的疾病有:甲状腺结节、脂肪肝、椎间盘病变、高尿酸血症;不同年度飞行人员体检疾病谱前10位共同出现的疾病有:甲状腺结节、脂肪肝、椎间盘病变、高脂血症。结论甲状腺结节、脂肪肝和椎间盘病变检出率稳定,体检疾病谱前10位中多数疾病需保持动态观察、随诊,从饮食、运动、生活习惯等方面加以控制。Objective To find out about the diseases detected during physical examinations for f light personnel in a hospital between2014and2016,and analyze their disease spectrum in different years and different types of aircraft in order to provide reference for aviation health.Methods A total of290military f light personnel were selected from a hospital between2014and2016.The diagnostic results were classified according to ICD-10.SPSS20.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results Thyroid nodules,fatty liver,intervertebral disc disease,hyperlipidemia,and hyperuricemia ranked high in the disease spectrum.The top ten diseases detected among f light personnel of different types of aircraft included thyroid nodules,fatty liver,intervertebral disc disease and hyperuricemia.The top ten diseases detected in different years included thyroid nodules,fatty liver,disc disease and hyperlipidemia.Conclusion The incidence of thyroid nodules,fatty liver and intervertebral disc is stable.Most of the top10diseases in the disease spectrum should be observed dynamically,and brought under control by means of diet,exercise and lifestyle.
