摘　　要：目的了解某人群幽门螺旋杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染情况,为开展健康管理提供参考资料。方法对2015年度某健康人群进行尿素^(13)C呼气试验检测,比较不同年龄组及同年龄不同性别组阳性率,对结果进行研究分析。结果男性Hp感染率为34.19%,女性感染率为33.37%,以40~49岁年龄组感染率最高,同年龄组男女阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论该人群幽门螺旋杆菌感染率低于相普通人群,老年人群健康意识强于中青年人群。Objective To investigate the Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infections in a particular population.Methods13C urea breath test was carried out in a healthy population in2015to compare the positive rate in different age groups and genders.Results The positive rate was34.19%in males and33.37%in females.The rate was the highest among people aged40to49.There was no significant difference between males and females in the same age group.Conclusion The infection rate of Hp is significantly lower in this population than in the general population.The awareness of health among the elderly is stronger than that of the middle-aged and young people.
