摘 要:目的:研究多层螺旋CT(MSCT)在食管支架植入术后评估以及复查中的临床价值。方法:选取食管支架植入术后67例患者,术后3次采用MSCT扫描并通过后处理技术对图像重建,时间分别为:术后3~5 d、3~5个月及第12个月;重建方式有:多平面重组(MPR)、容积再现(VR)、仿真内镜(VE)、最大密度投影(MIP)及表面阴影显示(SSD)。观察支架的形态、大小、位置及毗邻结构,评估其通畅程度,及时发现术后并发症。结果:后处理图像中均能较清晰显示支架,绝大部分可见少许金属伪影,但均能够多方位观察支架的结构,了解其周围以及内部情况。结论:对于食管支架植入术后及复查患者的评估,MSCT的后处理技术是一种简单、快捷且无创的方式,具有较高临床应用价值。Objective:To study the clinical value of multislice spiral CT in the evaluation and review of patients after esophageal stent implantation.Methods:67 patients after esophageal stent implantation were scanned by multislice spiral CT for three times and the images were reconstructed via postprocessing technology.The scanning was performed 3-5 days,3-5 months and 12 months after surgery;the reconstruction modes included multiplanar reconstruction(MPR),volume rendering(VR),virtual endoscopy(VE),maximum intensity projection(MIP)and surface shadow display(SSD).The shape,size,location and adjacent structure of the stent were observed;the unimpeded degree of the stent was evaluated,and the postoperative complications were observed timely.Results:All postprocessing images could clearly show the stent,and a little bit of metal artifacts could be seen in most of these images.However,the stent structure could be observed through multi-directions,and its internal and surrounding conditions could be revealed.Conclusion:For the evaluation and review of patients after esophageal stent implantation,the postprocessing technology of multi-slice spiral CT is a simple,quick and noninvasive method with high clinical application value.
