摘  要:对紫萼玉簪(Hosta ventricosa)进行人工低温胁迫处理以及入冬自然降温过程采样的试验,测定2种低温过程中根系丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和可溶性糖质量分数变化并进行对比分析。结果表明:人工低温胁迫试验中,紫萼玉簪根系的MDA质量摩尔浓度随着低温胁迫时间的延长呈现先下降后上升的趋势,SOD活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,二者呈负相关关系,可溶性糖质量分数呈现逐渐升高的趋势,各项指标在0℃胁迫的变化幅度均大于4℃胁迫的。自然降温过程中,SOD活性呈现逐渐下降的趋势,MDA质量摩尔浓度呈现上升趋势,可溶性糖质量分数呈现上升趋势,但变化速度较慢。当地温自然降至2~3℃时,三项指标变化趋势均趋于稳定,认为紫萼玉簪根系基本进入越冬休眠的地温温度为2~3℃。We took the experiment of artificial low temperature stress treatment and natural reduction of temperature sampling,and measured the MDA molality,SOD activity and soluble sugar content in the root system of two low temperature processes.In the artificial low temperature stress test,the MDA molality of the root of Hosta ventricosa was decreased with the increase of low temperature stress time,the SOD activity appeared the trend of increase at first and then decrease,the two indices were negatively correlated,the soluble sugar content showed a gradually increasing trend,and the amplitudes of variation of three indices under 0℃stress were larger than that under 4℃.In the natural reduction of temperature,the SOD activity appeared the trend of decrease.The MDA molality was decreased,the soluble sugar content showed a gradually increasing trend,but the change rate was slower.When the soil temperature naturally dropped to 2℃-3℃,and the changes of three indices tended to be stable.Therefore,the soil temperature of Hosta ventricosa roots into winter dormancy was 2℃-3℃.
