摘  要:【目的】探索温度和不同浓度的IAA和GA_3处理对白毛锦鸡儿萌发的影响.【方法】以白毛锦鸡儿(Caragana licentiana)为材料,研究该种子对温度和激素IAA(吲哚乙酸)、GA_3(赤霉素)的响应.【结果】不同温度处理可以显著(P<0.05)影响萌发时间,在20℃/30℃日夜变温条件下的发芽率可达78.33%,达到最佳萌发响应,而5℃/15℃温度下的发芽率仅有26.00%.GA_3溶液浸种不影响种子开始萌发时间,GA_3浸种后最大的发芽率是在浓度500mg/L、浸种24h时,发芽率为74.00%,且浸种处理整体表现为较高浓度的GA_3处理可以提高白毛锦鸡儿种子的发芽率.适宜浓度的IAA溶液浸种可以加快种子萌发进程,IAA最佳处理为300mg/L浸种24h,发芽率可达81.33%,与GA_3浸种相反的是,IAA浸种呈现低浓度促进,高浓度抑制的趋势.相同浓度24h浸种效果优于48h.【结论】对比不同激素浸种后白毛锦鸡儿种子的发芽率,发现IAA溶液浸种促进萌发效果优于GA_3溶液浸种.【Objective】In order to explore the impact of temperature and hormone on seed germination of Caragana licentina.【Method】The effects of different alternating temperature and concentrations of IAA and GA3treatments on the germination process of the seeds of C.licentiana were studied in this paper.【Result】Alternating temperature affected the start germination time and germination dynamic process which had significant different(P<0.05).The optimum germination alternating temperature was20℃/30℃,the germination rate reached78.33%,but the germination rate only had26.00%in5℃/5℃.GA3had no effect on start time of germination,the maximum germination rate was74.00%in500mg/L GA3for24h.GA3soaked seeds indicated that higher concentrations of GA3improved the germination rate.IAA at appropriate concentration accelerated seed germination,the maximum germination rate reached81.33%at300mg/L for24h.With opposite results of GA3,IAA at higher concentrations inhibited seeds germination,however,lower concentrations were characterized by different degrees of enhance.Soaking for24h was superior to48h for both hormone at the same concentration.【Conclusion】IAA soaked seeds show more promoted effect than GA3treatments.
