摘  要:90后成长于改革开放中,对学生的角色内涵具有自己独特的界定。他们个体意识增强,具有自我中心化倾向和普遍的成才观,这些特点要求对90后学生的教育要有较高的服务意识和水平,践行爱的教育,形成伙伴式的和谐师生关系,促进90后学生的成长成才。The post-1990generation grow up in the era of reform and opening up and have their own unique definition of the student role,who have more individual consciousness,self-centered tendency and the outlook that everyone can become a useful person.These characteristics require that we should have higher service consciousness and level when educating the post-1990generation,practice education with love,form partner-like harmonious relationship between teachers and students to promote their growth and cultivate them into talents.
