摘　　要：本文就《国际船舶压载水及沉积物控制和管理公约》生效后,在海洋生态安全、对外贸易等领域可能对我国造成的影响进行了详细的分析,并针对检验检疫部门如何应对提出相应对策。In this paper,we will analysis the impact of the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships'Ballast Water and Sediments(BWM Convention)to marine ecological security and international trade in China,and put forward corresponding countermeasures on how the CIQ should do to minimize obstacles to international trade.
