摘　　要：出口工业产品退运追溯调查工作是检验检疫机构检验监管工作的重要组成部分。为加强出口退运货物追溯调查工作,本文对我国退运产品追溯调查的管理文件、工作现状及存在的主要问题进行调研,针对不足提出合理化建议及改进措施,进一步规范和完善出口退运追溯调查工作。在此基础上,提出探究出口退运闭环管理模式,加强出口商品质量的宏观管理的措施建议。The investigation of return export industrial products is an important part of the functions of inspection and quarantine institutions.In order to strengthen the retrospective investigation of export and industrial products,this paper analyzes the management documents,work status and main problems of retrospective investigation Research and put forward reasonable suggestions and improvement measures for the shortcomings,and further standardizes and improves the retrospective investigation of export return.On this basis,measures to explore the macro-management of export commodity quality through export-closed-loop management mode.
