摘　　要：基于玩具标准GB 6675、EN 71、ISO 8124和ASTM F963等对口动玩具的测试要求,研发了一种口动玩具耐久性测试装置。该装置包括电机、传动机构、控制电路和气泵,该测试装置结构合理,操作方便,具有吸气和排气量精确控制,重复性好,测试结果准确可靠的优点。The design and development of the automation tester was based on the requirements of mouth-actuated toys in GB6675,EN71,ISO8124and ASTM F963.The device includes motor,electric mechanism,circuitry and air pump.It was easy to operate that can control the inspiratory capacity and exhaust capacity.The test result is accurate and reliable.
