摘  要:目的评估PNPLA3 I148M基因多态性与乙型肝炎肝硬化相关性。方法本研究纳入乙肝肝硬化患者154例和健康对照组150例,对照组无乙型肝炎家族史及肝病病史。通过病例对照的研究方法来分析PNPLA3I148M基因表型对乙型肝炎肝硬化的影响。结果乙肝肝硬化组与对照组PNPLA3 I148M基因表型频率分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经logistic回归分析发现PNPLA3 I148M基因型与谷丙转氨酶(P=0.050)、胆固醇(P=0.032)、胆碱酯酶(P=0.048)、HBsAg滴度(P=0.002)、E值(P=0.010)有相关性。结论 PNPLA3 I148M基因表型与乙型肝炎肝硬化的发病风险具有相关性(P<0.05),且体内谷丙转氨酶、胆固醇、胆碱酯酶、HBsAg滴度、E值与PNPLA3 I148M基因型有显著的相关性。Objective:The association was evaluated of PNPLA3I148M polymorphisms with hepatitis B cirrhosis.Methods:154patients diagnosed with hepatitis B Cirrhosis and healthy controls who had no family history of hepatitis B and history of liver disease were included in the study.Case-control study was used to analyze the effect of PNPLA3I148M gene phenotype on hepatitis B cirrhosis.Results:There was significant difference in the phenotypic frequency distribution of PNPLA3I148M gene between the hepatitis B cirrhosis group and the control group(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that the PNPLA3I148M genotype was associated with glutamic-pyruvic transaminase cholesterol(P=0.050),CHOL(P=0.032),cholinesterase(P=0.048),HBsAg titer(P=0.002),and E value(P=0.010).Conclusion:The phenotype of PNPLA3I148M is correlated with the risk of hepatitis B cirrhosis(P<0.05),and that cholesterol,cholinesterase,HBsAg titer and E value are significantly correlated with the genotype of PNPLA3I148M.
