摘  要:近年来,新型制冷剂R290、R32逐渐应用于家用房间空调器。本文采用同一房间空调器系统(基于R32特性设计),分别对比R290、R32、R22、R410A在不同环境温度下的性能,重点测试并评估了4种制冷剂在极限高温工况下(室外环境温度分别为35、46、52、55℃)的性能衰减特性。结果表明:R22在高温工况下表现最优,R290与R22基本相当,R32高温表现最差;R22与R32在55℃时能力衰减相差3.01%,EER衰减率相差6.03%;R32排气温度与系统压力最高,不适用于高温地区空调的应用。Alternative refrigerants such as R290and R32are gradually being applied to room air conditioners(RACs).This study tested the performances of R290,R22,R410A,and R32in the same system.The capacity and efficiency reduction values at high ambient temperatures for R290,R32,R410A,and R22were measured.The ambient temperatures were35,46,52,and55,respectively.Theexperimental results showed that R22had the best performance under the high ambient temperature condition,while R32had the worst.R290was very similar to R22.The capacity decrease between R22and R32was3.01%,and the decrease in the energy efficient ratio was6.03%.Moreover,R32had the highest discharge temperature and system pressure and was not suitable for an RAC in a high ambient temperature area.
