摘　　要：为积极探索南方丰水地区实施国家节水行动的新举措,通过调研太湖流域片合同节水管理领域政府推动及典型案例,总结太湖流域片合同节水管理实践的初步成效、经验做法与存在问题,从体制机制、创新监督考核、重点推广领域等方面提出了进一步推行合同节水管理的若干建议。In order to make new efforts for implementation of national water conservation initiatives in water-richsouthern part of China,achievements and practices of Taihu Basin in the contract-based water saving practices aresummarized on the basis of investigations on the typical cases.Concerning to the problems and challenges,it issuggested to promote contract-based water saving management by strengthening institutional system and mechanism,innovating supervision and performance evaluation system and focusing on technical extension.
