四味紫草烧伤软膏的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立四味紫草烧伤软膏的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别方中紫草和当归。用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量,采用Century SIL C18-EPS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈-1mL·L-1磷酸(32∶68)为流动相;检测波长为345nm;流速为1.0mL·min-1。结果 TLC斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;盐酸小檗碱在10.1~181.8μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.41%,RSD值为0.58%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于四味紫草烧伤软膏的质量控制。Objective To establish the quality standard of Four-ingredient Arnebia euchroma Burns Ointment.Methods Arnebia euchroma and Angelica sinensis were identified by TLC.HPLC method for determining the berberine hydrochloride content was established.The measurement was performed on a Century SIL C18-EPS column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)using an acetonitrile and1mL·L-1phosphoric acid solution(32∶68)as mobile phase,and monitored at345nm with a flow rate of1.0mL·min-1.Results The TLC chromatogram spots were clear and no interference was found in the negative control.The linear range of berberine hydrochloride was10.1-181.8μg·mL-1,the average recovery was99.41%and RSD was0.58%(n=6).Conclusion The method is specific,sensitive and reproducible,so it can be used as a quality control method for Four-ingredient Arnebia euchroma Burns Ointment.
