奥司他韦联合阿昔洛韦乳膏对手足口病的疗效及CRP水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究口服奥司他韦联合阿昔洛韦乳膏对手足口病的疗效,以及C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)水平的影响。方法将198例手足口病患者,以随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予奥司他韦口服,观察组在对照组的基础上外用阿昔洛韦乳膏。对比2组患者的临床疗效、不良反应、症状消失时间和住院时间以及血清CRP与IL-10水平。结果治疗后,观察组显效为80.81%(80/99),总有效为98.99%(98/99),明显高于对照组63.64%(63/99)和86.87%(86/99);治疗后患儿症状消失时间和住院时间均显著短于对照组。治疗前2组血清CRP和IL-10水平差异均无统计学意义。治疗后2组血清CRP和IL-10水平均有所降低,且观察组下降明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间2组不良反应发生情况差异均无统计学意义。结论奥司他韦口服联合阿昔洛韦乳膏外用治疗手足口病不仅疗效显著,且缩短了患儿临床症状消失时间及住院时间,同时能有效降低细胞因子水平,值得临床借鉴。Objective To study the effects of oseltamivir combined with Aciclovir Ointment on hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)and on the levels of C protein(CRP)and interleukin10(IL-10).Methods198cases of HFMD were divided randomly into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir orally,while the observation group,Aciclovir Ointment was applied locally on the basis of control group.The adverse reactions,clinical curative effects and hospitalization time were observed,and the serum CRP and IL-10were measured and compared.Results After treatment,the effectiveness and total effectiveness of the observation group were80.81%(80/99)and98.99%(98/99),significantly higher than the control group63.64%(63/99),86.87%(86/99);after treatment,the symptoms disappeared and hospitalization time were significantly lower than the control group.The serum CRP and IL-10levels of the2groups before treatment showed no significant difference,but after treatment the serum CRP and IL-10levels were decreased and the observation group decreased more significantly than the control group(P<0.05).The the incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference.Conclusion Oseltamivir combined with Aciclovir Ointment in the treatment of HFMD has obvious curative effect.It could shorten the clinical symptoms disappeared time and hospitalization time.
