摘　　要：目的调查儿童医院骨科、泌尿外科和普通外科清洁手术预防使用抗菌药物的情况,评价其合理性,为持续改进提供参考。方法回顾性调查2016年骨科、泌尿外科和普通外科出院患者的清洁手术病例资料,分析其预防使用抗菌药物的情况。结果围术期预防使用抗菌药物的使用率、给药时间点和时程符合率分别为9.52%,96.64%和33.58%;预防用药多选择头孢呋辛或头孢替安。结论清洁手术围术期预防用抗菌药物总体情况较好,存在超时程用药和选药不符合指南的问题,有待进一步规范。Objective To provide a reference for continuous improvement,the rationality of prophylactic application of antibiotics agents in cleans surgery in the department of orthopedics,urology and general surgery was investigated.Methods All the clean operation cases in2016in the departments of orthopedics,urology and general surgery were retrospectively studied.And the condition of preventive application of antibiotics were analyzed.Results The application percentages of prophylactic antibiotics usage,administration time and duration of the coincidence rate were9.52%,96.64%and33.58%respectively in perioperative prophylaxis.Cefuroxime or cefotiam was the main choice as the preventive medication.Conclusion The general situation of prophylactic application of antibiotics agents in clean surgery is preferable,and the main problems,such as timeout medication and irrational drug selection,still need to be further standardized.
