摘  要:目的了解细胞膜色谱技术在中药活性成分筛选应用中的研究进展,为该技术的进一步开发和应用提供参考。方法通过查阅国内外相关文献,进行总结、分析,对细胞膜色谱技术在中药活性成分筛选中的应用进行综述。结果细胞膜色谱技术已成功应用于中药药效物质基础研究,对于中药活性成分的筛选涉及到多个方面,包括抗炎镇痛、抗心血管疾病、抗糖尿病和抗肿瘤等活性成分,并在不断发展和完善。结论细胞膜色谱技术还存在一些问题,随着对该技术研究的不断深入,其在中药药效物质基础研究等方面具有广阔的前景。Objective To know about the advances of cell membrane chromatography in screening bioactive components from traditional Chinese medicines,and to provide references for the further development and application of the technique.Methods The domestic and overseas research literatures on the advances of cell membrane chromatography in screening bioactive components from traditional Chinese medicines were consulted,reviewed and analyzed.Results Cell membrane chromatography has been successfully used in the research of material basis of traditional Chinese medicines.The screening of the active constituents from Chinese medicines involves many aspects,including anti-inflammatory and analgesic components,anti-cardiovascular disease components,anti-diabetic components,anti-tumor components,and so on,which were still in the process of development and perfection.Conclusion Although there are still some problems in the technique of cell membrane chromatography,with the development of the technique,it has a broad prospect in the exploration of material basis of traditional Chinese medicines.
