摘  要:针对折弯机在使用过程中存在的问题,本文设计了一款4kt预弯机,对板材进行整体折弯之前先对其边缘进行预弯,取名为预弯机。通过软件SolidWorks 2014对预弯机进行建模,将模型导入有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench 15.0中进行静力学分析,得到整体变形、应力、应变分析云图,但预弯机所受应力偏大,超出材料使用要求,因此对预弯机结构通过两种方案进行改进,并对改进后的模型进行有限元静力学分析。分析结果表明,改进后的预弯机所受应力符合材料抗拉强度要求,变形程度较小,符合要求。该设计使预弯机的结构更加合理,避免了实际生产中意外事故的发生,为企业设计生产节约了成本。A bending machine is designed to prebend the edge of the plate before bending the whole plate,so it is called the Prebender.The main oil cylinder of precurving machine is 4 kt,and computer simulation and analysis is needed before it is formally put into production and work to verify the feasibility of the design scheme.Therefore,based on the 3 D drawing software SolidWorks 2014 for modeling of this kind of bending machine,the model imported into the Finite Element Analysis software ANSYS Workbench 15.0 to proceed statics analysis to get the overall deformation,stress and strain analysis of cloud.According to the analysis results,the prebending machine is subjected to greater stress than the material use,so the precurving structure is improved.The two methods are improved,and two improved models are analyzed by finite element static analysis,and the conditions are compared.The improved bending machine by stress conforms to the requirements of the material tensile strength,reduces the degree of deformation,and avoids it saves the cost for the enterprise in design and production and makes bending machine structure more reasonable.
