摘 要:为提高企业车间冲床的生产效率,本文设计了一种薄板件冲压自动上下料机械手。采用丝杠与滑台相结合的方式设计传动机构,并在滑轨上设置挡块,防止机械手由于程序或者电机故障破坏滑台。机械手的手部采用真空吸盘设计,并且吸盘的位置可根据工件的大小进行调节。同时,采用PRO/E软件对机械手建模,并结合有关有限元知识理论,利用ANSYS Workbench中Static Structual模块和Modal模块对手部端拾器组件进行静力学和模态分析。分析结果表明,端拾器组件的设计满足强度使用要求,而应力和应变均变化很小,满足强度设计要求,各阶振型和频率为整个机械手的优化设计提供了参考依据。该研究具有一定的应用前景。In order to improve the production efficiency of the punch workshop,this paper designs automatic feeding manipulator of a sheet for small and medium enterprises.The stamping screw and slide combination design is adopted for the transmission mechanism,and the block is arranged on the slide rail,prevent mechanical or electrical machine hand because the program error failure slipway;manipulator adopts the vacuum suction design,and the position of the suction cup can be adjusted according to the size of the workpiece.At the same time,the manipulator is modelled by using PRO/E software,combined with the finite element theory.The static and modal analysis is carried out by using the Static Structual module in ANSYS Workbench and the Modal module of the Modal module.The results show that the end picking up device components meet the design requirements and strength,stress and strain are very small,to meet the requirements of strength design;and vibration mode and frequency for the optimization design of the manipulator has provided the reference.This study has a certain application prospect.
