摘　　要：房室传导是保障胎儿心脏活动正常进行的生理基础。与其他检查方法相比较,组织多普勒成像技术能更准确地评价胎儿房室传导时间。本文就组织多普勒成像的原理、优势、方法及指标选择等方面进行探讨。Fetal atrioventricular time interval is very im portant to their heart action.Compared with other m ethods,tissue Doppler imaging has powerful superiority to evaluate fetal atrioventricular time interval.This article introduces the princip le,advantages,method and indicators choice of tissue D oppler imaging in the m easurem ent of fetal atrioventricular time interval.
