摘  要:针对徐州市主要水体菹草疯长问题,开展了对本地区水生植物优势种群抑制技术应用研究.描述了菹草的生物学特性,通过徐州市如意河技术应用试验,利用靶向生物制剂上可以实现对菹草生长抑制,有效控制治理水域内菹草的生物量,有助于其他水生植物的生长.实现生物多样性的目的.靶向生物制剂使用浓度极低,对水生环境安全,施工方便,费用较低.运行时无二次污染,不对其他水生生物造成危害,对水质无负面影响,避免其疯长带来的环境问题.According to the overgrowth problem of Potamogeton crispus in major body of water in Xuzhou,this paper carries out the application study on dominant population suppression technique of a-quatic plant in this area.Based on describing the biological characteristics of potamogetoncrispus,through technology application test in Ruyi river of Xuzhou,we use targeted biological therapy to sup-press the overgrowth of potamogeton crispus and control the biomass of potamogeton crispus,which is conductive to the growth of other aquatic plant and biodiversity.The working concentration of targeted biological therapy is very low,which has advantages of safety,convenience and low price.Also,there is no secondary pollution and any negative effects on other aquatic plant and water quality,which avoids the environment problems caused by the overgrowth.
