摘　　要：某厂励磁系统自投运以后,就时常发生闪发故障报警信号的情况,但由于该故障信号为综合性故障信号,给原因排查带来了很大困难,只能判断出机组设备并没有发生故障损坏等情况,但是无法得出最终结论,直至故障录波器改造后,结合录播图分析得出了正确结论并采取了相应措施,解决了这一问题。the excitation system of a certain factory since it was put into operation,it often occurs in the flash alarm signal,but because of the fault signal for comprehensive fault signal,which brought great difficulties to find the reason,can only be judged without failure and equipment damage,but is unable to draw the final conclusion,until the fault recorder is after the transformation,combined with the analysis of the chart taped the correct conclusion and take the corresponding measures to solve this problem.
