摘　　要：探究与分析医院规章制度体系建设的现状,并在探究的过程中了解现存的问题,主要为制定过程的不协调性、验证标准不规范、自查制度不合理及实施方式欠缺,针对上述问题进行解决,达到有效制定及实施规章制度的目的,为医院的管理与建设奠定坚实的基础。To investigate and analyze the present situation of construction of hospital rules and regulations system,and the problems during the construction were investigated,the problems were respectively incongruity of construction process,nonstandard verification standards,unreasonable self-examination regulations and lack of implementation methods,and those problems were targetly solved,in order to achive the goal of effective formulation and implementation of rules and regulations,and it laid a solid foundation for the management and construction of the hospital.
