浅析乙肝前S1抗原与乙肝两对半阳性关系的研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析乙肝病毒前S1抗原与乙肝病毒两对半阳性的关联性,对乙肝前S1抗原控制乙肝病毒重要性进行调查。方法根据我院接收的乙肝患者350例进行研究分析,为患者进行乙肝病毒血清标志物提取,使用酶联免疫法检测乙肝病毒前S1抗原及其和标志物的联系,对乙肝病毒前S1抗原在乙肝控制的重要性进行分析。结果有90例模式1,有80例患者的前S1抗原是阳性,阳性率达到了88.9%;有112例模式2,有76例患者的前S1抗原是阳性,阳性率是69.1%;有64例模式3,其中28例前S1抗原阳性,阳性率43.8%;有46例模式4,其中30例前S1抗原阳性,阳性率65.2%;有40例模式5,17例前S1抗原阳性,阳性率42.5%。乙肝前S1抗原检出率和血清标志物存在正相关性,标志物传染性强,则S1抗原阳性率高,相反亦然。因此乙肝病毒前S1抗原是乙肝病毒感染检测的重要指标。结论乙肝前S1抗原抗原作为乙肝病毒感染的检测指标,具有很高的敏感性。To study the correlation between hepatitis B virus S1antigen and hepatitis B virus two semi positive,and investigate the importance of hepatitis B virus S1antigen before controlling hepatitis B virus.Methods350cases of hepatitis B patients in our hospital were studied and analyzed.The serum markers of hepatitis B virus were extracted for patients.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect the association of hepatitis B virus S1antigen and its markers.The importance of hepatitis B virus S1antigen in the control of hepatitis B was analyzed.Results There were90cases in mode1,and80patients had positive S1antigen,and the positive rate reached88.9%.There were112cases in mode2,and76patients had positive S1antigen,and the positive rate was69.1%.There were64cases of model3,of which28cases were positive for pre S1antigen,and the positive rate was43.8%.There were46cases of model4,of which30cases were positive for pre S1antigen,and the positive rate was65.2%.There were40cases in mode5,17cases of pre S1antigen positive,and the positive rate was42.5%.There was a positive correlation between the detection rate of pre hepatitis B S1antigen and the serum markers,and the marker was highly infectious,and the positive rate of S1antigen was high,and the opposite was the same.Therefore,the pre S1antigen of HBV was an important index for the detection of HBV infection.Conclusion The antigen of pre hepatitis B antigen(S1)as an indicator of HBV infection,has high sensitivity.
