摘  要:目的分析新生儿肺炎的常见病原菌及耐药情况。方法回顾2016年1月—2017年6月我院新生儿肺炎患儿164例,对患儿病原菌检测结果以及耐药情况进行调查分析。结果 164例患儿检测发现病原菌98株,其中革兰阴性菌61例(62.24%),革兰阳性菌35例(35.71%),真菌2例(2.04%)。革兰阳性菌对氯林可霉素、头孢唑啉等药物的耐药性较高;革兰阴性菌对哌拉西林、氨苄青霉素等药物的耐药性较高。结论新生儿肺炎的常见病原菌革兰阴性菌居多,不同种类的病原菌对抗菌药物的耐药性也各不相同。Objective To investigate the common pathogens of neonatal pneumonia and their drug resistance.Methods164newborns with pneumonia who were born in our hospital from January2016to June2017were retrospectively analyzed.Results of pathogen detection and drug resistance in children were investigated and analyzed.Results A total of98pathogenic bacteria were detected in164children.Among them,61(62.24%)were Gram-negative bacteria,35(35.71%)were Gram-positive bacteria and2(2.04%)were fungi.Gram-positive bacteria had high resistance to clindamycin,cefazolin and other antimicrobial;Gram-negative bacteria had high on piperacillin,ampicillin and other antibacterials.Conclusion Most common pathogens of neonatal pneumonia are Gram-negative bacteria.Different types of pathogens have different antibacterial resistance.To ensure the health of the newborn,rational antibiotic should be chosen clinically.
