超声影像检查技术在妇产科急腹症临床诊断的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的对超声影像检查技术在妇产科急腹症临床诊断的应用效果进行分析和讨论。方法随机选取我院妇产科2016年5月—2017年6月接收的急腹症患者64例为研究对象,以上所选患者均采用超声进行检查和诊断,比较其与病例诊断结果。结果超声影像技术诊断准确率为98.44%,与病理学诊断结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在妇产科急腹症诊断方面,超声技术具有较高的诊断价值,其不仅操作简单、方便、快捷、无创,而且具有较高的诊断准确率。Objective To discuss the effect of ultrasonic imaging in the clinical diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology department.Methods64cases of acute abdomen patients from May2016to June2017in our hospital were randomly selected as the subjects.All the patients were examined and diagnosed by ultrasound,and the results were compared with those of the cases.Results The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound imaging was98.44%,and the difference was not statistically significant compared with the pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,ultrasound technology has high diagnostic value.It is not only simple,convenient,fast and noninvasive,but also has high diagnostic accuracy.
