超声心动图对老年高血压患者左心室舒张功能的评价

摘　　要：目的利用超声心动图评价老年高血压患者左心室舒张功能的改变。方法本研究选取2015年6月—2016年6月就诊我院的48例老年高血压患者,另选取同期48例健康自愿者作为对照组,采用超声心动图检测两组左心室舒张功能的参数(包括E峰、A峰、E/A值以及Ea、Aa、Ea/Aa值、E/Ea值)。结果与对照组相比,高血压组舒张期二尖瓣环Ea波明显降低,E/Ea明显增高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而二尖瓣口E波、A波及二尖瓣环Aa波均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年高血压患者左心室舒张功能下降,超声心动图能无创准确地评价这种变化。Objective To evaluate the changes of left ventricular diastolic function(LVDF)in elderly patients with hypertension(HT)by using echocardiography.Methods48cases of elderly patients with HT in our hospital from June2015to June2016were enrolled in the present study,while a total of48healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Parameters including E peak,A peak,E/A and Ea,Aa,Ea/Aa,E/Ea,etc which can reflect the state of LVDFin both groups were measuredby echocardiography.Results Compared with control group,hypertension group had a significantly decrease in Mitral ring Ea wave and significantly increase in E/Ea(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in mitral E wave,A wave,mitral annulus Aa wave(P>0.05).Conclusion The echocardiography is a noninvasive method which can assess accurately the changes of LVDF in elderly patients with hypertension.
