优化护理操作规程对晶体半脱位白内障超声乳化手术配合的效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察晶体半脱位白内障超声乳化手术患者实施不同护理操作的临床价值及可行性。方法随机将2016年1月—2017年1月收治的120例(120只患眼)晶体半脱位白内障超声乳化手术患者分为观察组(实施优化护理操作,n=60)和对照组(实施常规护理操作,n=60),对两组患者实施护理操作后手术备物齐全率、手术用时、眼角膜水肿情况及患者满意度等指标进行比较。结果观察组和对照组的患者满意度分别为96.67%和85.00%,P<0.05;组间手术备物齐全率及角膜水肿率比较,观察组明显优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术用时明显短于对照组,P<0.05。结论优化护理操作规程在晶体半脱位白内障超声乳化手术患者治疗中的应用效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical value and feasibility of different nursing operations in phacoemulsification patients with subluxated cataract.Methods From January2016to January2017,120patients(120eyes)with subluxated cataract who underwent phacoemulsification were randomly divided into observation group(optimized nursing operation,n=60)and control group(Routine nursing operation,n=60).The completeness of surgical preparation,operation time,corneal edema and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups after nursing operation.Results The satisfaction of the patients in the observation group and the control group were96.67%and85.00%respectively,P<0.05.The completeness of the surgical preparations and the corneal edema rate in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,P<0.05.The operation of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The optimized nursing procedure is effective in the treatment of patients with crystal subluxation cataract phacoemulsification.
