摘　　要：目的通过糖尿病专科护士门诊为妊娠糖尿病患者提供健康管理,探讨健康管理模式对妊娠期糖尿病患者妊娠结局的干预效果。方法选取2016年9月1日—2017年3月1日在厦门市妇幼保健院产检并分娩的妊娠糖尿病患者200例,随机将其分为两组,观察组和对照组各100例。对照组患者予常规的产前检查和宣教,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,予糖尿病专科护士门诊健康管理,每周1次,每次40 min。比较干预前后两组GDM患者妊娠结局及新生儿并发症的发生情况。结果观察组产妇的胎膜早破和早产的发生率明显低于对照组,且两组的新生儿低血糖和巨大儿的发生率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病专科护士门诊对GDM患者进行健康管理可有效降低孕产妇和新生儿的并发症,从而改善妊娠结局。Objective To provide health management for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus through diabetes mellitus outpatient clinic,and to explore the effect of health management model on pregnancy outcome in gestational diabetes mellitus patients.Methods200samples of gestational diabetes mellitus were collected from September1,2016to March1,2017.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients were given routine prenatal care in the control group,On the basise of control group,the observation group was given healthy education by diabetes specialist nurse-led clinic.The incidence of pregnancy outcome and neonatal complications were observed in both groups preintervention and prointervention.Results The incidence of premature rupture of membranes and premature delivery in the observation group was significantly lower than patients in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of neonatal hypoglycemia and macrosomia in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Diabetes mellitus outpatient clinic for health management of GDM patients can effectively reduce the complications of maternal and newborns,thereby improving the outcome of pregnancy.
