探究低位直肠癌术后结肠造瘘口的临床护理体会

摘　　要：目的研究分析直肠癌手术后结肠造瘘口的临床护理方式,为临床护理提供参考依据。方法根据2014年10月—2016年6月我院的低位直肠癌术后结肠造瘘口患者进行护理研究,对术后的护理进行总结归纳。结果全部患者共有2例造瘘口轻度狭窄,1例造瘘口附近有皮炎,经过对症处理后患者均能够顺利出院,术后对患者进行3个月的随访,患者的造瘘口能够正常排便。结论为患者提供有效的术后护理能够防止直肠癌术后的结肠造瘘口各种并发症发生,让患者术后的生活质量得到改善。Objective To study and analyze the clinical nursing methods of colostomy after rectal cancer operation,and to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods According to colostomy patients after operation of low rectal cancer in our hospital from October2014to June2016,the postoperative nursing was summarized.Results A total of2patients had mild stoma stenosis,and1patients had dermatitis near the stoma.After symptomatic treatment,the patients were discharged successfully.After three months of follow-up,the stoma of the patients could defecate normally.Conclusion Providing effective postoperative nursing for patients can prevent various complications of colostomy after rectal cancer operation,and improve the quality of life of patients after operation.
