常规护理与综合护理干预在围术期高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的比较常规护理与综合护理干预在围术期高血压脑出血患者中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年11月—2017年6月收治的88例高血压脑出血患者,随机分成研究组(45例)和对照组(43例)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组进行综合护理,比较分析两组护理的效果。结果研究组生理功能(85.04±6.05)分、躯体功能(84.15±6.43)分、情感功能(83.64±6.42)分及社会功能(83.54±6.38)分,优于对照组(P<0.05);并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于高血压脑出血患者围术期的效果显著,可有效提高其生活质量,减少并发症的发生率。Objective To compare the effect of routine nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of88patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted in our hospital from November2014to June2017were randomly divided into study group(45cases)and control group(43cases).The control group was given routine care,and the research group was given comprehensive nursing,and the effects of two groups of nursing were comparatively analyzed.Results The scores of physiological function(85.04±6.05),body function(84.15±6.43),emotional function(83.64±6.42)and social function(83.54±6.38)in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was6.67%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention applied to patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage perioperative effect was significant,which can effectively improve their quality of life and reduce the incidence of complications.
