摘 要:目的考察人工胃液中药用炭片对常用配伍药物尿毒清颗粒中有效成分芍药苷的吸附作用。方法利用药物溶出度仪模拟人体内环境,将药用炭片和尿毒清颗粒同时加入人工胃液中,用高效液相色谱法测定尿毒清颗粒中有效成分芍药苷的含量,并与尿毒清颗粒单独投入人工胃液中作比较,计算吸附率。结果在人工胃液中,2.0 h内药用炭片对芍药苷的吸附率达92.62%。结论药用炭片在人工胃液中对常用剂量尿毒清颗粒中有效物质芍药苷有强大的吸附作用,服用尿毒清颗粒与药用炭片应间隔2.0 h以上。To investigate the adsorption effect of medicinal carbon tablets on the effective components(paeoniflorin)of Niao-duqing Granules in artificial gastric juice.Methods The drug solubility meter was used to simulate the internal environment of the human body,and the medicinal carbon tablets and Niaoduqing Granules were added into the artificial gastric juice at the same time.The content of paeoniflorin of Niaoduqing Granules was determined by HPLC and compared with that of Niaoduqing Granules in artificial gastric juice alone,and the adsorption rate was calculated.Results The adsorption rate of medicinal carbon tablets to paeoniflorin was 92.62%within 2.0 h in the artificial gastric juice.Conclusion In the artificial gastric juice,the medicinal carbon tablets have powerful adsorption effect on the effective substance paeoniflorin in the common dosage of the Niaoduqing Granules,and the interval time for taking Niaoduqing Granuks and medicinal charcoal tablets should be more than 2.0 h.
