补肾益智活血法治疗阿尔茨海默病60例及对肝肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾益智活血法治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效及对肝肾功能的影响。方法选取医院2014年1月至2015年1月收治的阿尔茨海默病患者120例,随机的分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组采用补肾益智活血法治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的中医证候积分明显降低,且显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者肝肾功能指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组简易智能量表(MMSE)评分为(9.41±1.23)分,明显低于对照组的(15.21±3.57)分(P<0.05)。结论补肾益智活血法治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床疗效确切,且有助于改善患者的认知功能障碍及肝肾功能,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Recipe for treating Alzheimer's disease and its effect on liver and kidney function.Methods Totally 120 patients with Alzheimer^s disease admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Recipe.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome in the observation group was significantly decreased,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of liver and kidney function in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE score in the observation group was(9.41±1.23)points,which was significantly lower than(15.21±3.57)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Recipe is effective in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease,and it also can improve the cognitive dysfunction and liver and kidney function of the patients,and it is worthy of promotion.
