扬州45家基层医院利巴韦林注射液用药合理性分析

摘　　要：目的为利巴韦林注射液合理用药提供参考。方法统计扬州基层医院2016年3月1日至3月5日利巴韦林注射液处方,分析利巴韦林注射液处方患者性别、年龄、用药适宜性、用法用量、配伍用药等的分布。结果男155例(49.52%),女158例(50.48%);年龄0~6岁33例(10.54%),7~18岁35例(11.18%),19~40岁57例(18.21%),41~64岁107例(34.19%),65岁及其以上81例(25.88%);无适应证用药203例(64.86%),用药依据不足110例(35.14%);给药频次1天1次310例(99.04%),1天2次2例(0.64%),隔天1次1例(0.32%);溶剂为0.9%氯化钠注射液156例(51.32%),5%葡萄糖注射液143例(47.04%),左氧氟沙星氯化钠注射液(0.2 g)2例(0.66%),奥硝唑注射液3例(0.99%);给药途径静脉滴注299例(95.53%),肌肉注射9例(2.88%),神经阻滞5例(1.60%)。结论扬州45家基层医院利巴韦林注射液不合理用药现象严重,应加强基层医院医师、药师、护师对利巴韦林注射液的合理用药培训,保障患者用药安全。Objective To provide a reference for the rational use of Ribavirin Injection.Methods Totally 313 Ribavirin Injection prescriptions were randomly collected from 45 grassroots hospitals in Yangzhou City from March 1st to March 5th in 2016,the distribution of sex,age,appropriateness of drug use,usage and dosage,compatibility of drugs in the patients treated Ribavirin Injection were analyzed.Results Totally 155 cases were male(49.5 2%),158 cases were female(50.4 8%),33 cases(10.5 4%)were 0-6 years old,35 cases(11.1 8%)were 7-1 8 years old,57 cases(18.2 1%)were 19-4 0 years old,107 cases(34.19%)were 41-64 years old,81 cases(25.88%)were not less than 65 years old.There were 203 cases(64.8 6%)without indications,110 cases(35.1 4%)lacked basis of medication,310 cases(99.0 4%)taken the drug once a day,2 cases(0.6 4%)taken the drug twice a day,1 case(0.3 2%)taken the drug every other day.Totally 156 cases(51.3 2%)taken 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection as the solvent,143 cases(47.0 4%)taken Glucose Injection as the solvent,2 cases(0.66%)taken Levvfloxacin and Sodium Chloride Injection(0.2 g)as the solvent,3 cases(0.99%)taken Ornidazole Injection as the solvent.Totally 299 cases(95.5 3%)taken intravenous drip as the route of medication,9 cases(2.8 8%)taken intramuscular injection as the route of medication,5 cases(1.6 0%)taken nerve block as the route of medication.Conclusion The irrational drug use of Ribavirin Injections from 45 grassroots hospitals in Yangzhou City is serious.The rational use training of Ribavirin Injection for physicians,pharmacists,nurses in the grassroots hospitals should be strengthened to ensure the safety of drug use in patients.
