雁行理论视域中的厚料层烧结优化技术推广问题

摘  要:本文借用工程仿生学的分析方法,通过对雁行理论与厚料层烧结优化技术进行比较,将宝钢烧结技术比拟为大雁迁徙中的领头雁,说明宝钢烧结技术的发展在国内烧结技术领域具有举足轻重的地位。用宝钢各期烧结机演变的详实数据,揭示宝钢在转化厚料层烧结优化技术的同时,未能抓住机遇打造核心竞争力,错失了引领我国烧结技术沿着集约发展方向前行的机会。为了重整厚料层烧结优化技术,必须破除固有观念,在理论创新方面引入经济学的生产函数概念,在技术创新方面引入熊彼特的技术创新解释,在制度创新方面加强行业宏观调控的制度保障能力和管理水平。By means of analysis methods of engineering bionics,based on theories of the Flying Geese Paradigmand comparing a Flying Geese’s behaviour with thick-bed sintering optimization technology,Baoshan iron sintering is likened to the leader of the wild geese migration,which indicates the development of Baoshan iron sintering technology plays an important role in this field in China.With the detailed data of the sinter machine evolution in different Baosteel’s periods,the essay reveals the Baosteel failed to seize the opportunity to build its core competitiveness and missed leading China’s sintering technology along the road of intensive development while using thick-bed sintering optimization technology.In order to restructure the thick-bed sintering optimization techniques,we must break the stereotypes,introduce the concept of production function Economics in terms of theoretical innovation,introduce the technological innovation explanation of Schumpeter in terms of technical innovation,and reinforce institutional guarantee and management of macro-control in institutional innovation.
