摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)是一类以渐进性软骨磨损、骨赘形成为主要特征的退行性疾病。最近的研究认为,OA的发生与进展是多因素的,涉及软骨、关节下骨、滑膜组织、神经肌肉组织等多方面。OA的确切病因和发病机制仍不清楚,尚无法从根本上阻止和治疗。在世界范围内,维生素D缺乏的状况愈发严峻,越来越多的证据显示维生素D与骨关节炎的发病和进展存在密切的联系。本文回顾性地总结与分析维生素D与骨关节炎的相关文献,展示维生素D缺乏的现状,探讨维生素D与骨关节炎之间的关系及其相应的作用机制。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a progressive and degenerative disease characterized with cartilage loss and osteophyte formation.The exact etiology and pathogenesis of OA are still unknown.It is hard to cure the disease completely.Increasing evidences suggest that OA might be directly affected by vitamin D.Researches on this article made a brief review on the up to date researches of OA by reviewing literature concerned in recent years.The status of vitamin D deficiency was explored.The relationship between vitamin D and osteoarthritis and its mechanism of action was discussed.Vitamin D plays an important physiological and pathological role;vitamin D deficiency is extremely severe in the world.
