摘  要:压水堆核电厂高压给水加热器(高加)的布置高度会对汽水分离再热器(MSR)疏水和汽轮机抽汽管道疏水系统产生一定影响。采用两相流流型判别法,分析了高加布置在不同高度对MSR疏水管道流态的影响。并采用饱和蒸汽管道疏水量计算模型,对比分析了不同布置方式对抽汽管道疏水量和机组出力的影响。经济性、安全性等方面的对比分析结果表明,压水堆核电厂高加高位布置可能导致MSR疏水管道振动风险增加,机组出力下降。研究成果可为核电厂高加布置方案的选择提供参考。The layout of high pressure feedwater heater(HP heater)in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants may have an impact on the drainage of moisture separator reheater(MSR)and the turbine extraction drainage system.Using the method of two-phase flow-type discrimination,the influence of different arrangement height of HP heater on the flow field of MSR drain pipes was analyzed.Meanwhile,according to the calculation model of saturated steam pipe,the influence of different layouts on the drainage flow rate of extraction pipe and the unit output was compared and analyzed.Based on the comparative analysis of economy and safety,it is proved that the high-level arrangement of HP heater in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants may increase the vibration risk in the MSR drain pipe and decrease the power unit\'s output.The research results can provide reference for the arrangement of HP heater in nuclear power plant.
