摘 要:针对河北张家口葡萄园土壤板结的问题,以4年生‘白香蕉’葡萄为试材,通过田间试验,研究了松土剂喷施次数(1次、2次、3次、4次、5次和清水)对土壤结构和土壤微生物数量的影响。结果表明,喷施松土剂可以降低土壤p H和土壤容重,提高土壤有机质含量、土壤孔隙度和土壤微生物数量,且喷施次数与土壤微生物数量呈正相关。喷施5次松土剂后土壤有机质含量、土壤孔隙度、土壤微生物数量均为最高,分别为10.16 g/kg、0.59%和30 633.21×104/g,说明随着土壤改良物质使用次数的增加土壤性状有逐步改善的趋势。To solve the compacted soil of the vineyard,the field experiment was conducted with4-year-old'Gold Muscat'to study the effects of spraying times of scarification agent on structure and soil microbial quantity.The results indicated that spraying scarification agent could reduce soil pH and soil bulk density,improve soil organic matter content,soil porosity and soil microbial quantity.The positive correlations were found between spraying time and soil microbial quantity.Soil oganic mater content,soil porosity and soil microbial quantity were the highest after spraying5times of scarification agent,which were10.16g/kg,0.59%and30633.21×104/g,respectively.The results showed that the soil characteristics tended to improve gradually with the increase of the times of soil ameliorants improvement.
