摘  要:建立气相色谱同时测定2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪的分析方法。以乙二醇为溶剂将2-甲基吡嗪、2-氰基吡嗪与内标物2-甲氧基吡嗪混合均匀,选择BK-wax毛细管柱,以氢火焰离子化检测器检测,内标法定量。2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪的质量浓度在0.13~0.39 g/L范围内与色谱峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,相关系数分别为0.992,0.995,检出限分别为0.004 88,0.004 65 g/L。2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪的平均加标回收率分别为102.7%,101.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为4.9%~7.0%,2.0%~5.5%(n=5)。该方法简便、准确、重复性好,适用于同时分析2-甲基吡嗪和2-氰基吡嗪。A method for simultaneous determination of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanodiazine by gas chromatography was established.The mixtures of 2-methylpyrazine,2-cyanopyrazine with internal standard substance 2-methylpyrazine in ethylene glycol were separated by BK-wax capillary column and detected with FID detector.The results were analyzed quantitatively by internal standard method.The mass concentrations of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanopyrazine was linear with its chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.13–0.39 g/L,the linear correlation coefficients were 0.992,0.995,respectively,and the detection limits were 0.004 88,0.004 65 g/L,respectively.The average recoveries of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanopyrazine were 102.7%,101.7%,respectively,and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 4.9%–7.0%,2.0%–5.5%(n=5),respectively.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,it is suitable for simultaneous analysis of 2-methylpyrazine and 2-cyanopyrazine.
