摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP–MS)测定食品接触纸制品中铬、镍、砷、镉、铅、汞6种重金属含量的方法。样品经微波消解处理后用ICP–MS进行测定,内标法定量。在优化实验条件下,测定汞元素的线性范围在0~10μg/L之间,测定铅、镉、铬、镍、砷元素的线性范围在0~100μg/L之间,相关系数均大于0.999。各元素的检出限为0.001~0.1 mg/kg,加标回收率为89.3%~116.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.5%~7.9%(n=6)。该方法样品处理简单,检测灵敏度高,适用于食品接触纸制品中铬、镍、砷、镉、铅、汞的检测。The method for determining Cr,Ni,As,Cd,Pb,Hg in food contact paper products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was established.After being treated by microwave digestion method,the contents of Cr,Ni,As,Cd,Pb,Hg in samples were determined by ICP-MS,internal standard method was used.The linear range of detection was 0-10μg/L for Hg,and 0-100μg/L for Pb,Cd,Cr,Ni,As,and the correlation coefficients were more than 0.999.The detection limits were in the range of 0.001-0.1 mg/kg.The recovery rates of six elements ranged from 89.3%to 116.0%,and the relative standard deviations of detection results were 3.5%-7.9%(n=6).The method is simple in sample pretreatment,accurate and sensitive,it is suitable for the determination of Cr,Ni,As,Cd,Pb,Hg in food contact paper products.
