探究低血糖指数肠内营养制剂对鼻饲糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析低血糖指数肠内营养制剂和匀浆膳肠内营养制剂对鼻饲2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的影响。方法抽取本院接收需要进行肠内营养支持的2型糖尿病患者例作为研究对象,所有患者入院治疗时间为2015年4月~2017年3月期间,采用随机数表法分配患者,分为试验组和对照组进行对比研究,各45例。对照组患者应用匀浆膳肠内营养制剂,试验组患者应用低GI型肠内营养制剂,评价试验组和对照组治疗效果,评价指标包括胰岛素使用量、血糖水平、低血糖发生率和不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者每天使用胰岛素剂量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,试验组患者血糖水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者低血糖发生率、不良反应发生率与对照组比差异无统计学意义。结论与匀浆膳肠内营养制剂相比,低GI型肠内营养制剂更有利于鼻饲患者血糖水平的控制,值得推广应用。Objective To study the effect of low-glycemic index enteral nutrition and homogenate enteral nutrition on blood glucose control in nasal type2diabetic patients.Methods Totally90patients with type2diabetes mellitus receiving enteral nutrition support in our hospital were enrolled in this study.All patients were admitted to hospital from April2015to March2017.The patients were divided into trial Group and control group were compared,each45cases.The control group of patients with homogenate enteral nutrition preparations,the test group of patients with low GI enteral nutrition preparations,evaluation of the experimental group and the control group,the therapeutic effect,evaluation indicators include insulin dosage,blood glucose levels,the incidence of hypoglycemia and adverse reactions Occurrence rate.Results The daily insulin dosage of test group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood sugar level of test group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of hypoglycemia and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups and the control group.Conclusion Compared with the homogenized enteral nutrition,the low GI enteral nutrition is more conducive to the control of blood glucose levels in nasal feeding patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
