摘　　要：目的探讨面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹的疗效与美容影响。方法将2014年3月~2015年3月120例眶周皮肤皱纹患者作为对象,依据美容手术方法差异分单一手术组、联合手术组两组,各有60例。单一手术组采用睑袋整形术治疗,联合手术组采用面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术。比较两组眶周皮肤皱纹治疗疗效;伤口愈合时间、平均住院时间;干预前后患者心理状态、情感状态、社会功能状态;感染等并发症发生率;美容满意度。结果联合手术组眶周皮肤皱纹治疗疗效高于单一手术组(P<0.05);联合手术组伤口愈合时间、平均住院时间短于单一手术组(P<0.05);干预前两组心理状态、情感状态、社会功能状态相近,差异无统计学意义;干预后联合手术组心理状态、情感状态、社会功能状态优于单一手术组(P<0.05)。联合手术组感染等并发症发生率低于单一手术组(P<0.05)。联合手术组美容满意度高于单一手术组(P<0.05)。结论面中部提升术结合睑袋整形术对眶周皮肤皱纹的疗效确切,美容满意度高,可缩短伤口愈合时间、平均住院时间,减少并发症发生,促进患者生活质量水平的提高,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the curative effect and cosmetic effect of median facial lifting and blepharoplasty on periorbital skin wrinkles.Methods A total of120patients with periorbital skin wrinkles from March2014to March2015were selected as the subjects.According to the difference of the cosmetic operation methods,the patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of the cosmetic operation methods.There were60cases in each group.Single eyelid plastic surgery group treatment,combined surgery group with midface lift combined with eyelid plastic surgery.The curative effect of periorbital skin wrinkle was compared between the two groups.Wound healing time and average length of hospital stay were compared before and after treatment.The psychological status,emotional status and social function status were analyzed before and after intervention.The incidence of complications such as infection and cosmetic satisfaction were compared.Results The curative effect of periorbital skin wrinkles in the combined operation group was higher than that in the single operation group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and average length of hospital stay in the combined operation group were shorter than those in the single operation group(P<0.05).The psychological status,emotion State and social function were similar.There was no significant difference between the two groups.After intervention,the psychological status,emotional status and social function status were better than those in the single operation group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as infection in the joint surgery group was lower than that in the single surgery group(P<0.05).The cosmetic satisfaction of the combined oper-ation group was higher than that of the single operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The middle facial lift combined with blepharoplasty is effective in treating periorbital skin wrinkles and high cosmetic satisfaction,which can shorten the time of wound healing,average length of stay,reduce complications and improve the quality o
