摘  要:针对搭载AMT系统的某车型在整车标定过程中,特殊工况下出现的发动机熄火问题,分析了导致发动机熄火的主要原因,确定了不同工况和不同负载损失变化下发动机输出转矩应有的变化情况。得出了发动机输出转矩应受外界负载干扰较小,尽量保持稳定,其转矩模型也应得到相应修正的解决方案。经整车标定试验、实车验证试验以及售后市场的跟踪调查,该方案解决了该车型在特殊工况下出现的发动机熄火问题,为今后整车开发提供了有效的依据。In the calibration of automobile with AMT system,engine stall may occur under special conditions.In order to solve the problem,the main causes of engine stall are analyzed in this paper,and the changes of engine output torque under different operating conditions and different load losses are confirmed.It is concluded that the output torque of the engine should be less disturbed by the external load and should be kept as stable as possible,and the torque model should be corrected accordingly.Through the vehicle calibration test,the actual vehicle validation test and aftermarket tracking investigation,the engine stall under special conditions had been eliminated,solving the problem of engine stall under special conditions,providing an effective basis for the development of the vehicle in the future.
