摘 要:为了探索绿色高效的预处理技术,该文研究了Ca(OH)_2固态温和预处理对玉米秸秆溶出物组分和物理-化学结构以及厌氧消化性能的影响。结果表明:提高处理温度能降低纤维素和半纤维素含量,提高木质素含量,但对提高还原糖含量和比表面积作用不大;碱能提高纤维素含量,降低木质素和半纤维素含量,对提高还原糖含量和比表面积效果显著。经过预处理,玉米秸秆的累积沼气产量均有所增加,但不是碱含量越高越好。60℃,6%Ca(OH)_2预处理条件下的产气效果最好,累积沼气产量和单位VS产气量最大,分别为3468.5m L和271.08m L/g VS。In order to explore the green and efficient pretreatment technology,this study proposed the Ca(OH)2 solid pretreatment.Firstly,the effects of different pretreatments conditions on the dissolution and physical-chemical structure of CS were studied.Secondly,the effects of pretreatment on anaerobic digestibility of CS were studied.The results showed that increasing the treatment temperature can reduce the content of cellulose and hemicellulose,and increase the lignin content,but it can't improve the content of reducing sugar and the specific surface area.The alkali pretreatment can remarkly increase the content of cellulose,reducing sugar and the specific surface area,and reduce the content of lignin and hemicellulose.After the pretreatment,the loading rate of Ca(OH)2 was 6%,treatment temperature at 60℃,the cumulative biogas production and unit VS gas production were 3468.5mL and 271.08mL/g VS,respectively.
